<div style="text-align: justify;">This position will provide senior-level business and systems analysis, application development, and operational support for the NC State Laboratory of Public Health. This position will be responsible for Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) application development and maintenance operations using Java programming technology. The position will provide rapid application development and system administration/configuration support for creating new applications and modifying existing applications to support NC SLPH Information Technology initiatives. This position is also required to understand advanced database concepts to create report requests and assist in application/database performance tuning. This position requires independent initiative and action in decision making, analysis, design, programming, and troubleshooting arenas.
